Cilantro

A highly unusual natural material, in fact that it is an extremely rich natural source of aldehydes, particularly Decenal (Aldehyde C10). Not to be confused with the oil routinely sold as Coriander which is from the seeds, this is the essential oil derived form the fresh leaves: much more aldehydic, less spicy and fatty.
