Blood Orange Oil

A very fine quality of sweet orange oil cold pressed from blood orange [Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck] peel of Italian origin.  Exceptionally fine, sweet, clean and transparent, this is a beautiful oil.  A classic top note, of very wide application to most fragrance types but especially useful in colognes.

This particular oil contains 95.77% Limonene and 1.94% Myrcene.

It is orange in colour and the manufacturer, Cilione, describes the odour like this: “Sweet light and fresh fruity-aldehidic odor reminiscent of the scratched peel.”
