Sabinene

Sabinene is present in a vast array of natural oils, flowers and other plant material and it is produced by isolation from any of a number of essential oils: there is no synthetic version commercially available.

It is useful to add a light, peppery note to fragrances and as part of a blackcurrant accord.

Arctander describes the odour as a: “Warm, oily-peppery, woody-herbaceous and spicy odor of moderate to poor tenacity.” 

Very rarely offered in small amounts.
