This very beautiful extract from Robertet is made by supercritical CO2 extraction followed by a process of alcohol extraction, so is in effect an Absolute from CO2 Extract, making it fully soluble in ethanol. As with most CO2 extractions it is very true to the scent of the original material.
This material is a thick but fully pourable dark yellow-brown liquid with a very strong but fresh and clean, surprisingly citrus-like odour.
